Charlie “Tremendous” Jones once said, “You will be the same person in five years as you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read.” How much better can you say it? Wakesurfing is a great way to get out in the community and find a new group of people to associate with.

Do Something New

Taking your mind off of everyday life is good for the soul and heart. Open your eyes to new visions, maybe think about your next greatest idea, or think about absolutely nothing at all. Maybe you will finally see the sunrise, or notice that you can sometimes see the moon and the sun at the same time of day. How sweet is that?

Raise Self Esteem

Wakesurfing couldn’t be a better way to raise your self-esteem. Getting out and trying something new is exhilarating. Landing a new trick, throwing that rope in the boat for the first time is the best feeling you can get!

Get some Vitamin D

Vitamin D is what the sun puts out along with many other harmful rays. You are going to have to be careful because to much sun is a bad thing. I recommend wearing at least a sunscreen with at least SPF of 15.

I have had my best results from using this type of sunscreen. If you are going to be out in the sun for long periods of time, you will most likely have to apply the sunscreen more than once, otherwise, you will get a burn. Not Good.
